Yiyang’s solemn promise:

(1) Providing lifetime tracking services for all its products, including:
1. During the warranty period, working out proper solutions to any repair requirements within 24 hours, sending replacement parts by express within 48 hours; for its independently completed project, eliminating any trouble within five working days.
2. In case of any problem beyond the scope of warranty, or caused by human factors or irresistible natural factors, this company shall only charge the cost of the supplies and basic maintenance costs of labor costs upon required by its costumer.
3. In case of any maintenance beyond the period of warranty, this company shall only charge the cost of the supplies and basic maintenance costs of labor costs and work out updated solutions upon required by its costumer.
 
(2) Warranty commitments
1. This company offers two-year free maintenance warranty for its light source or light emitting sign products.
2. This company offers one-year free maintenance warranty for its electrical accessory products. For specific rules, please refer to the contents of the sales contract.
